SAP CRM archive Service request

Hello experts - any standard way to archive the Service request in CRM? I am trying to cancel that transaction but still the user is able to see in the search results. Do we need to have do any kind of setup for archiving the transactions.

Hello Vani,

Yes, system does have the standard archiving steps to archive any old or unused transactions.

First, you need to find out what is the archiving objects for service request. Transaction AOBJ can help you do this. For exsample, CRM_INCDNT.

Then transaction SARA cen be used to run the archiving programs, which is a basis transaction and uses jobs.

Hi Vani,

If any transaction is created in the system it will be reflecting in the search list.

If you have archived the transaction, then you need to do the customizing with the help of Technical Consultant.

If any Transaction is having the Archived check active it should not be found in the search help.
