Problem with Web Based Visual Composer 7.3

Hi,

Starting from monday this week I have a problem with starting Visual composer via Internet Explorer.

When I open it I see page as I attached on screenshot. All models that I created are not visible.

The problem occurs only on one PC - when I log to colleagues PC using my account everything works fine.

I already tried to delete cache/cookies/... from IE but it's not helping.

I suppose I messed something with VC configuration and it's stored somewhere on my PC.

Do you know where VC is storing it's config files on local PC, so I could delete it and return to a previous state?

BR,

Pawel

Did your issue is resolved? If not Please try below steps,

  1. It seems an IE regression. Please try this fix by Microsoft Update:

          http://support2.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;3025390

   2. If still dint work,

It seems that this issue occurs after Microsoft security patch for Internet Explorer.

We found out that the "compatibility View" list was cleaned and  got empty. In order to fix it, you need to add again the site to the compatibility view list.

Hi Pawel,

It seems to be an IE problem on your PC, since VC configuration is not stored on clients.

Anyway, you can open an OSS message.

Mark

Hi Pawel,

This is a known issue that happens because of Microsoft incident after installing the following two MS KBs:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3065822

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3074886

The bug report for MS is:

https://connect.microsoft.com/IE/feedback/details/1581893/kb3065822-security-patch-has-ie-11-possibl...

We are currently working together with Microsoft in order to resolve this issue ASAP. Feel free to open a SAP support incident - we will update you about the solution once it is done.

Best regards,

Anja
