Ahhh - ok. That is because the KBA requires an SAP Service Market Place (SMP) login. Not all KBAs are freely replicated to SCN - particularly not those referencing any Enterprise products. From the description I assume Darshan has BI Platform / Enterprise / BOE, thus he or someone in his org will have access to SMP

hi,
still i am unable to save any reports to enterprise & still get same Corba error as per my first post.
Pleaze read my post from Aug 13...
You need access to the SMP. As you have BI / BO / BI Platform / BOE, you or someone in your org has the logon ID etc., to get to the KBA. If you are not able to see the KBA after you have logged into the SMP, let me know.
Better yet consider creating a phone incident.

Hi Darshan,
If you log into the Enterprise server, can you save a report from there? I'd like to see if the error is happening on the Crystal Reports side or BOE side.
If it happens even from within BOE then we'll have to look at BOE and not Crystal Reports.
From inside Crystal, can you open a report from the Enterprise server and resave it?
How long has this error been happening?
Have you ever been able to save a report to BOE before?
Was Crystal Reports 2013 recently installed or updated before the error?
Was BOE recently installed or updated before the error?
Does this error happen with all reports or just one in particular?
Thanks,
Brian
