Invalid Uername/password after SAP RTOM installation issue

Hi

i had installed SAP RTOM with SQL Server .

Once after the installation process.As per the process suggested by installation document .I tried to login through one of the created user rtomapp or rtomsvc in rtom application toolkit webpage.

But i am facing the Invalid/Username/password issue even though i am 100% sure that i am giving the correct password.

Can any one help me out please ?

Hi Dedeep,

The recommended BLS toolkit user is "rtomapp". Assume the password is correct, please check the following:

1. The user "rtomapp" has been assigned to all the relevant authorization roles

2. All RTOM services were started successfully

Let me know if this solved the issue, if not , we can arrange a remote session to check this.

Hi David,

Appreciate your prompt response.

The issue has been solved now.

Domain name maintained in the registry editor and also given full permissions to RTOM application tool kit.

Had a cross check whether all the RTOM services were started or not.

Finally It got solved.
