I want to run marketing automation without survey.
First step - campaign with channel communication “email” (it is not survey) and target group 10 person. Second step – object “decision” with some rule (person how answer on email (in step1)). Parameter which will be send to object decision – target group from step1.
And third step – campaign with channel communication “email” for person how didn’t answer on email in step2.
My question: how to receive responses in first step? How to create rule in decision after step1?
