Can anyone give any guidance on what the roadmap is for SAP (Sybase) RAP? The product (with a few variations) is still listed on the latest pricelists, but nowhere can I find any published roadmap info
It took a little time to track down some info for you:
We don't have a road map published specifically for RAP, but RAP 5.0 is a bundle of SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE), SAP IQ, SAP PowerDesigner, and SAP Event Stream Processor (ESP) and you can find product road maps for each of these posted on the Database and Technology tab of Service Marketplace (http://service.sap.com/saproadmaps)
I did previously check the individual product roadmaps but was hoping for a consolidated view (or even some specific information) relating to RAP as a packaged environment,
