Post upgrade Intial Load & replication stopped

• Hi All,

We have recently upgraded ECC to newer version. It has caused Initial load R3AS go into WAIT status.

Materials are also not moving to CRM which is related to initial Load issue.

Orders and customer replication is fine but initial load is not working. Queue processing is also slow.

I checked basic MW configuration and it is maintained properly.

SMQR & SMQS is also fine.

BDLS load in ECC is also successfully completed.

I found RFC SAP CRM_MW_000 & SAP CRM_MW_001 is not present in CRM. Could that be issue. In our production this is not maintained though it works. It may be due to different ECC version in prod.

SMOHQUEUE is in HOLD status in quality & production both.

Can I get help to resolve this problem.

HI Rahul,

Please check in tcode R3AM1 and see whether there are some errors like "no processes" or "parent not ok".

Hi Rahul,

To start with check the below :

- In CRM/ECC, SM59 make sure RFC connections are working fine for each other.

- Check table CRMRFCPAR in ECC for respective download object or * and for the respective CRM destination.

- Check for possible dumps in ST22 if any.

- Check where is the queue stuck CRM I/B or O/B or ECC I/B or O/B? Based on this further comments can be made.

Thanks for your reply.

I have already checked. But good thing is at least I could see some OBJCL queues. Queues have been already cleared. Again tried to run initial load. It's in WAIT

I tried to release SMOHQUEUE. It allows me to release & remains in released status. Is it recommended. In production SMOHQUEUE is in HOLD

I tried to re-start SMOHQUEUE .It gives below error.

"Starting queue demon not successful

Error during aRFC (SAPCRM_MW_RR_000:RFC destination SAPCRM_M
W_RR_000 does not exist.)"

This is client 000 RFC which is not present in our Production. Also, below tables are not maintained in CRM.

.I found below SM30 parameters are not maintained.

SMOFPARSFA – Parameter NOSTRUCTURE

SMOFPARSFA – Parameter COLLECT_WARNINGS

Is it necessary to maintain these for queues alignment. these are not present in production.

Please suggest.

Hi Rahul

As you might be aware of the Note: 490932 for the Middleware parameters and required settings.

You can enter this parameter in CRM as well as per the notes:

SMOFPARSFA – Parameter NOSTRUCTURE

SMOFPARSFA – Parameter COLLECT_WARNINGS

but i guess, this is the problem of RFC destination. Did you check the proper RFC assignment as well as Authorization Test and all, is it working.

Check the SMOHQUEUE in 000 client as well.
