Complete delivery/delivery group assignment does not make sense

Hi,

After creation of quote its get replicated to ECC. After that in CRM system it is showing the following error and it is not allowing to change any status.But in ECC it s showing as error free.

Please help me to get the solution...?

Hi,

One alternative for the solution could be:

In the Customer Master Data: Shipping tab, you need to remove "complete delivery" and mention the "Partial Delivery allowed" from Delivery control filed (Check for header as well as for item).

Thanks for replying. Already I have maintained the "Partial delivery allowed" in shipping tab of BP master data record.Is there anything else to need check?

Can you please implement the settins of note 1416370 and retest an example. The settings should still be valid for higher releases than 700.
