Hello experts - in the service request we have notes assignment block where this notes is getting updated from ECC but here the old notes is getting replaced by the new notes which is coming to CRM from ECC, this is problem, as we need the notes to get amalgamated and should see all the old and new notes together when we put the type as LOG.
Is there any configuration missing kindly advise.
