Issue in return sales order after replicated from ecc to crm

Hi

We are facing a issue in  return sales order after replicated from ecc to crm.We have created a return sales order in ecc.After that the document got replicate to CRM.Till here everything is fine.After that if we press the edit option in the crm for the same document,then the value of the document

changes to (+).It should not change as it is a return document.

  Please help me to get the solution..?

Hi,

One possible reason could be that the object used at item level is a sales obejct instead of the return object. Can you check in  CRM in the IMG which object is used and adjust it if needed?

Hi Christophe,

yes, You are correct.Here in item object Sales item- BUS2000131 is used.So return object in the sense which object we need to use.?Do we need to use BUS2000161 -Customer return item..?

Yes I would use object BUS2000161 on itme level
