Receipts not checked/checked button not visible

Hi everyone,

In PR05 for the receipts table there is a button next to the receipt number. This column of button is not visible for certain users.

Any idea on what could be causing this issue?

Hi Pooja,

You should check your schema in transaction FITVFELD

There is a customizing to show or not this field. I assume that your users are not using the same schema or the same Trip provision variant. You have probably a different setting for this field.

Thanks Christophe for your reply.....

It is the same trip that we are trying to open. But some users are not able to see the button. If I open the same trip I can see it.

Is it dependent on some role by any chance?

Hum ...

Ok so check this directly in PR05 with your profile and with the other one for which you don't see the field.

Maybe you don't have the same setting. I don't think that it is related to authorisations.
