Error in system EXX-100 while copying the document

Hi,

I'm getting below error, after saving the service confirmation in CRM. Service contract is active but has the error.

Diagnosis

Errors occurred while transferring the document into another system. To view the error messages, see the enclosed log.

Transmission log

  • Contract account XXXXXXXX does not exist - change your entry (Notification E >3 001)
  • Sales document was not changed (Notification E V4 219)

Please kindly help on this.

Hi Swati,

Did u check the Customer, is it available in both system (CRM & ECC)?
