Have to access PDF files that are stored in SAP BO server

Hi All,

We have a requirement to access PDF files through hyperlink(dynamic) in the Webi reports.

For that we approached following solution:

1) Place the PDF folders insid ethe Tomcat server where BO is installed.

2) Access them through URL in the webi report.

Problem:

We are unable to set the URL path to PDF specific folder and need some help like:

1) In which folder or path we have to place teh folder

2) How to direct or define the URL to the PDF folder.

Thanks Mani for your reply.

Do we have any way to upload PDF files to BO Open document environment and generate URL's in a bulk way,as we have around 1600 files generated every month.To upload manually and providing link for each file is tedious task.

not by default. But i think via the SDK you could build such an application.

You should be able to add the PDF files as local document (agnostic) in infoview and try to consume it.
