Hello - We are also seeing the same issue, I have checked the RESTful service URL, by defaul tit has URL as http://servername:6405/biprws and I changed it to http://servername/dswsbobje/services/Session still seeing the same error. What should be the URL?
Also we have WACS running and enabled. Any insights are appreciated. Thanks!

I tried URL http://servername:6405/biprws but still it doesn't work. Also checked the WACS server properties and it has RESTful service in it. Does any settings need to be changed in WACS server properties?
we are using BI 4.1 SP06 patch1 and Live Office 4.1 SP06 patch1. Thanks!
At ours SP06 Patch 1 is working.
Perhaps some kind of firewall blocking port 6405?
Try http://servername:6405/biprws in the browser if it trys to download some biprws.json

Hi Guys,
To having confirm, in LO connection and processing method has been changed from BI 4.1 SP5 P5 and onwards.
- It is requires to have the RESTFul Webservice up and running, and has to be correctly configured.
You can check your RESTFul webservice status in CMC->Servers->Core Services-> WACS->Metrics.
Also after changing properties of RESTFull Webservice, please restart WACS to get it working.

Is you BO server also on SP6 Patch 1?
If yes, are you able to connect to infoview with the same credentials as Live office?

I tried different old LiveOffice clients
- 4.1 SP05
- 4.1 SP05 Patch 2
and the Connection works fine, even to the 4.1 SP06 Patch 1 Server.
And after the Client update to SP06 the connnection is not possible anymore.
Any ideas or did we find a new bug?
Or is there a new configuration that has to be made in SP06 to get LiveOffice working.
