Fixed Asset Acquisition Error "21121: Transaction Initialization Failed"

Dear experts,

Please help us to explain the issue of Fixed Asset Acquisition that showed error message "21121: Transaction Initialization Failed".

This error is generated in the Acquisition document to capitalized  newly created Fixed Asset Master Data.

I had already do these steps:

1. Delete FA Master Data that failed to capitalized (DELETE FROM @BA_OAMD, @BA_OAMD2, @BA_OAMD3
2. Re-create new Fixed Asset Master Data
3. Uninstall Fixed Asset addon
4. Uninstall SBO Client
5. Reinstall SBO Client and FA addon
6. Do Acquisition

The result is still error 21121.

However, this Acquisition process is able to create in other users.

if you run this process with another SBO user in this computer it is ok?
