Dear Experts,
I require to configure PMS Module for my client company. I don't know even where to start for that. I would like to know what are the prerequisites and how it is going to impact on the system. Please provide the Configuration Document in functional and technical aspects.

SAP PMS has integrations with OM and other SAP HR modules. To start with you need to implement OM, then appraisal process,compentencies, etc.
You have start your process by defining the business process then map it in SAP R/3
