How to get Universe Design Tool

Hello to everyone!

I can't find and download such client tool as Universe Design Tool.

I know that UDT comes with BI client tools installation not with CRS 2013 client tools.

But I have a lisence only for Crystal Server 2013... so, in the support portal even can't find BI software download.

May be there is another way to download UDT?

you need to contact CIC to get help with that.

Client tools are only available from service market place, there is no other way.
As trial software anyone can download them, so if you have a problem customer service is the only way to get help
