CoA Printing can't done due to "Usage Decision Not Done"

Hi All,

my company has go live abaout 1 month for SAP, and i have trouble when printing COA (using QC20) can't display or print CoA coz of "Usage Decision Not Done". Please help and tech me what should i do.

i have done for usage decision, and status in QA32 also change to UD ICCO STUP (Insp. type 10) and LTIN STIC SPCO STUP (for insp. type 04). we use copy result from insp. type 04 to insp. type 10. What i wonder is, some batch can be  printed and other batch display Usage decision not done.

Hi Craig,

i have found the answer for this. there is causing we use partial GR, so if one of inspection lot still open there'll be caused "Usage decision not done". SO we can printing CoA after all partial GR done for inspection.
