Restrict Payroll in absence of record in IT 587

Dear All,

How can i restrict system to process payroll if record is not created for the IT 587.

Conditions:-

                         Record created for IT 587 = Payroll processing allowed

                         Record not created for IT 587 = Payroll processing restricted

Please help

Map it with the help of PCR take the reference from EPF and check the field details as well from IT0587, Since we will have to depend on them check the feasible options and how far system supports for the same.

Important thing is operation TABLE and fields from IT0587 Since we should find out reference point to utilize the same, Once we come to know that options are there we can terminate the payroll program.

HI,

New PCR to be written.

EPF table contains the entries of IT587 during payroll processing.

In PCR ... You can make use of TABLE operation to check entries of EPF and accordingly display the error.
