Former Member

Hi All,

I want to understand the use of CJ44 CJ45 CJ46 and CJ47 in PS , I am aware that these t-codes are used for actual overhead calculation , I want to know the business process and the prerequisites to run these transactions in PS.

Thanks and regards,

Hi GVKK,

As sunil mentioned Overheads are usually calculated and planned at percentage Level. Any cost which needs to be booked other than the usual production process into the same Project, demands for an Overhead allocation.

Each of the Transaction is used for Overheads in the project

So feel free o explore them and also make sure you understand the process with the customer

There are lots of information available in the Help Portal

Make good use of it

Hi,

As per business process, when any process/activities does not have direct reference to the quantity received.

For Example: one of my last implementation we got requirement to add 5% cost as overhead just to add expenses which are done on production/R&D work because Electricity and some Machining cost which were not able to tracked.

for more details please check SAP Help.

thanks

Sunil
