incorrect access for RSPLAN

Hi There,

       we are using SAP BW 7.31, when I run RSPLAN, directly get into following image, I suppose to get into screen to select ' start modeler' or 'start wizard'.

what I expect is as follows:

Hi,

from 7.3x transaction RSPLAN is a SAPGUI transaction and not a Java web dynpro application anymore.
