Dear Satya

still not sure what you would like to get. To make it simple:

a.) you can create a "NAM PROD" as "http://scn.sap.com/" and If you collect NAM PROD in WWI you will find this "hyperlink" in WWI; I would assume. clicking on it it should navigate to SCN (depends may be on WinWord set up)#

b.) if you generate a phrase and collect this phrase in WWI: same result

c.) if you generat a "userdefine text" and collect it in WWI: same result

Still no clue what you have in mind if you talk about "hyperlink"

Hello,

There a quite some companies out there, that include links in WWI reports:

  • Mostly for these links, link to other documents related to a SDS - for example exposure scenarios.
  • An other option is to link other documents - for example from a technical data sheet to an SDS
  • Or you just plain simply set a link to the company homepage

To your question: "How it would be useful for creating document templates ??" - no idea - it makes it more complicated to have a working link .

Or do you think of include templates like Christoph is suggesting. These include templates are quite helpful and I would recommend using them...

Hope this helps

Mark

Hello

I don't catch your question. Please explain better.

Only first answer: How it would be useful for creating document templates ??

=> i have never seen a hyperlink in WWi template (create WWi template etc.) for whatsoever reason; but may be you look for "inlcudes"??
