How to find the Delivery document for an Ibase or Iobject in CRM

I have an requirment to find the delivery number involved for an Ibase or Iobject. Please let me know how to find.

Is there any table to find this combitnation. Also I need a help on how the delivery numbers are getting updated.

Can you try checking in assosciated Serial number history.
