Hello everyone,
I have been trying to find this information on CISCO's website and on SAP's website but I have not been able to find the right answer.
Our client currently has a Cisco VOIP Telephone system running on Cisco Unified CCX 9.0 and he wants to integrate with it with SAP CRM 7.0.
Is this possible? Has anyone done it before? I have only done the integration between CRM and BCM before so I don't know about the CISCO product.
