issue while doing check out in Direct Store Delivey process

Hi,

In the process of direct store delivery when i enter the shipment number and proceed to do the check out operation it shows me the error message

No data created for shipment 753604 in the Route Accounting DB

Message no. /DSD/SL_ROUTE_ACC003

Try maintaining settings here for route accounting, you need to have created a variant for filling the route accounting database.

Hi Mihailo,

I got the issue, the tour status was not set correctly which is a prerequisite for doing the check out operation.
