saposcol is stopped in portal production

Hi all,

Iam facing this issue.

i get the following msg in portal/nwa

Its netweaver 7.30

SAP OS monitor has probably stopped. The OS information may be incomplete or missing.

Whne i go to the system and check ./saphostexec -status and ./saposcol -status..both are running.

can someone advice please.

Hi Viswanath ,

What is the version of your SAP host agent . If you are in 720 version , please upgrade to 721 Version

( As 720 is out of support )

I think you might have to update your kernel files.
