VEA "destroys" files

Hi There,

I´m using the Auther since 2013 without having problems. A few weeks ago the images were not displayed correctly.This is not only for already existing rh files, but also for unedited STEP files. Could a recent Softwareupdate like java, flash or acrobat cause the trouble?

I would be grateful for any advice.

Hi Alexandra,

We follow many customers with VEA installations and we have never seen an error like this one.

I suggest to update your versione with the last Service Pack available in SAP Market Place and re-test.

of course the first thing I hve done is to update the VEA to the 8.0 Version...

The problem is still there but only in programm "window" but not in the rendering, wich makes it a little hard to but the right colours to the different parts

Now I understand.your issue.

Please try to select the parts and with the RMB (Right Mouse Button) go in Tool>Convert to Double Sided.

Have you this with any assembly/part or only on this assembly/part?
