GRC SP Upgrade from 12 to 19

Hello Expert,

Our GRC system is getting upgraded with below given levels.

Current Level: -

SAP_BASIS   0012
SAP_ABA      0012

GRCFND_A   0012

GRCPINW     0012

Target  Level: - 0019

As a GRC consultant from Authorization side  what all pre and post steps we need to perform for above upgrade?

For an example,

Extract of data from GRC tables

List of EAM- FF ID owners/monitors

List of Risk/Control ID Monitors/Approver etc.

Hello Kedar,

If you are upgraded SP in GRC system,no need to perform the pre and post steps

Once SP upgrade is completed,check the basic functionality of existing environment.

Ex:1.Workflows which you are using

2.Risk Analysis Screens at user level/role level and alignments

3.Reports layout

4.NWBC screen layouts

5.Access request screen

Chances to get the above issues once SP level is upgraded.
