Attachment not found in SoD Risk Review Email Notification

Dear Experts,

In SAP GRC AC 10.1 when a SoD Risk Review job is scheduled, the reviewer is getting an email notification but the xls file attachment is found in the email.

The variable "ATTACHMENT_REPORT" is available as a variable in templates and variables tab in MSMP.

Please advice on how this issue can be resolved.

Did u add %ATTACHMENT_REPORT%

in SE61 document class for notification template.

The variable is associated to process id.

SAP_GRAC_RISK_REVIEW	ATTACHMENT_REPORT	Report Attachment
SAP_GRAC_USER_ACC_REVIEW	ATTACHMENT_REPORT	Report Attachment

Hi Prasant,

The variable is associated with the above process ids.. But we are unable to use it in the template. If we add %ATTACHMENT_REPORT% in SE61, it is getting displayed as "%ATTACHMENT_REPORT%" in the email and no excel file attached is found.

the particular variable is not prsent in function module.

GRAC_NOTIF_VAR_RULE_RISK_REVW

how ever it exist in GRAC_NOTIF_VAR_RULE_USER_ACC

probably you can add it with help of you abaper.
