Hi experts!

I have next problem - CDT crashes with message "ActiveX proxy stopped" after making call. I have BCM 7.0.7 and hotfixes installed from 7.0.7.1 to 7.0.7.17.

This problem began to take place after installing aforementioned hotfixes.

Seeking for solution, please help!

Best regards,
Alehandro.

Dear Alehandro,

Is there something wrong with the IE settings? Please check the IE settings per installation guide.

Moreover, does this issue only happen to one user? Or all the users? If there is only one user encountering this issue, you may recommend the affected user retest this issue with another terminal.

Hope my reply could help you.

Best Regards,

Grace

Hi Grace,
thank you for your reply.

Issue affects all users with any version of IE (from 8 to 11).
I've checked IE settings per installation guide and it's ok.

Still seeking for solution.

Best regards,
Alehandro.

Hi Alehandro,

Have you tried to check the terminal logs? Is there any findings in terminal log, CDT log and proxy log?

ERR> AUDIO[MIC] 0 exception @event forwarder thread dbg: 2, open: 1

ERR> Unexpected exception from finalizing thread id [8620]

ContactCenter_CDT log

[ERR] saveUserSettings -> Invalid or undefined XML document element: "xmlDocUpdateUserSettings1". 0

ContactCenter_Proxy log

Hi Alehandro,

I think the full log would be more helpful. To find the root cause of this issue and resolve it more efficiently, you may report an incident with the following information so that we could investigate further.

1. timestamp when this issue happens

2. detailed reproducing steps

3. terminal logs including terminal log, CDT log, and proxy log

4. current version of IE

Best Regards,
Grace

Dear Alehandro,

Before reporting an incident to SAP, you could also refer to SAP note 1802486 to do some checking.

Grace
