CRM_UI : HTTP 404 NOT FOUND

Hi Experts,

I installed CRM 7 EHP 3.

When I am accessing CRM_UI, I am getting 404 not found error.

Please help me out experts.

HOST : WINDOWS

entry already maintained in HOSTFILE with ip address.

HTTPURLLOC is blank.

SMICM Screen Shot is as

Profile Parameters

Activated all services in SICF as per SAP Notes.

Please help me in configuring the same as well if some thing missing.

hi Rohit,

You need to 1st set the http port to 80 or some other 80XX or 81XX where XX is your instance number.

Then restart your SMICM services. You can do it temporary in SMICM tcode or for permanent you can  add below parameter refer below thread for the reference.

icm/server_port_0 = PROT=HTTP , PORT=0 , TIMEOUT=30 , PROCTIMEOUT=60

Then Maintain the httpurloc table for the URL for how to you can refer my old reply.

Then as you have already activated the SICF service.

It should work.

Also do check if you have activated below icf services:-

- Activate all services under node /sap/crm

- Activate the node /sap/crm_logon

- Activate all services under node /sap/bc/bsp/sap/

- Activate all services under node /public

Hi Rohit,

Whats the Entry in your httpurloc table. Can you update us on same.

Also can you provide us with the details of your active SMICM services. and is your http service running over port 80.

Correct host name is already mentioned in the profile parameter of instance profile.

sso2 ticket parameters are also maintained.

Hello Rohit,

You have maintained wrong host name.

dwdf010.wdf.sap-ag.de

Please maintain proper host name fqdn in profile parameters,

checking all the services are activated properly.

Hi Rohit,

Have you set the parameter icm/host_name_full parameter in instance profile.

Also activiate the SICF service as per the sapnote 1115493 and 1295006.

If the issue still persist , activate the all the services under /sap/bc/bsp/sap

Yes the profile is already activated with the mentioned parameter.

SAP note activity already performed.

Still no result.
