Email Notification Error in Information Steward

Hi All,

We have installed Data Services 4.2 SP4 and Information Steward 4.2 SP4 on Windows 2008 and MS SQL 2008 server. The Email Notification configuration steps are complete. There are two users who are set up to use the email functionality.

One user is able to use the email functionality and send out email notifications whereas the other user is getting below error notification when trying to send out a notification.

"A system error occurred. Contact the administrator if the error persists.(UIM-10142)"

What could be the reason? This is only happening for a single user and only during Email notification. All other functionality is working without any issues.

Hi All,

When I add the users to Group Administrators, then the users are able to send email notifications. But I do not want to add all users to group Administrators. Please let me know an alternative.
