How to access the submitted Offline Incident Recording Form ?

We have configured the system to accept offline PDF forms.

Accordingly on submission of the form the initial incident gets created in the system.

However is there a way to access the offline incident Form that was submitted initially by the user.

I can see the form in Business Communication Services - Administration using code SCOT.

Also I have added code in the Inbound Persistor class method IF_EHFND_FW_ADS_INBD_PER~STORE_DATA to save the inbound form to the attachment folder using method CL_EHHSS_AIF_INC_HELPER=>ATTACH_FILE_TO_BO_FOLDER h

owever I am wondering if there is a standard way by which I can show this attachment to the user.

After some testing I have found a solution to this.

I created a component configuration for the FBI View and added this to the Incident Tab.

Also you can use the Assign Access Level to Incident Tab node in IMG if you your requirement is straight forward.
