Duplicate document in PLM WEB UI:

Hi All,

I am facing issue kindly help.

We are using PLM WEB UI for docment management purpose.

i tried to search a documents in document browser area.

thr i seen that  the documents are availbale with same document number, same type, same version, same part.

it is happening every time when i trying to seach the document.

Can some one pls help me .

Hi All,

I understood onething,

when ever i attach a file to a document it is creating a duplication. say for an example.

If document 9000011 type 302 part 000 version 00 has 4 attachment  means in  browser it shows like

9000011     302     000     00

9000011     302     000     00

9000011     302     000     00

9000011     302     000     00

4 times.

can anybody help in this?.

Atually,

The duplicates are not created by us . they system itself shows a visibility like that .

And that is our issue.

Siva- Use table DRAW and check if you have duplicate entries exists for the same Document.

PS-If it exists as duplicate entry check the Document revision/versions whether it got increase or not.
