General Ledger: Control Statement / Document Journal for Italy

Hello Team,

Execution of S_ALR_87012287 (Program: RFBELJ10_NACC) Document Journal) for Italy updates Table V_FAGL_TRVOR / FAGL_TRVOR: (General Ledger: Control Statement table) counter randomly non-sequential despite of resetting the values to 0.

For Eg. first time execution generated page (2014/1) and second execution generated page (2014/5248)

Can anyone please help from where and why is the system is updating random page numbers in V_FAGL_TRVOR / FAGL_TRVOR table?

Dear Sagar Kapadia,

The legal requirements for Italy are fully supported by the transaction S_ALR_87012287. All the relevant functions are activated automatically for Italian Company codes.

The continous page numbering is ensured by storing the last page number to the database table TRVOR (or FAGL_TRVOR for new G/L).

The page numbering is started with 1 at the beginning of each fiscal year and in the next run the system takes the last page number from the table TRVOR/FAGL_TRVOR. The page number is saved only if the report is started in update mode.
