SAP for Mutual Funds company

Hello Experts,

We want to implement SAP in Mutual Fund company (Financial Institution).

1. Is there any special product in SAP which will handle this. If yes, please share link.

2. How to go ahead with SAP FI / FSCM, if there is no separate product.

Please help

Please note: I am asking about mutual fund companies... I am not asking about doing investment in mutual funds which can be done in FSCM

Hi Deepak,

You answer is SAP FAM. This is made of some submodules of TRM like securities, derivatives, fund management, but it also contains some other modules. At my current project we are implementing it for Investment accounting and we have some mutual funds clients too.

Deepak,

There is no specific SAP Product for Mutual Fund companies like they have for other industries like Public Sector, Educational Institutions, Apparel & Leather, etc.

I am not aware of any Mutual Fund which uses SAP today.

However you can reach out to your local SAP Sales Rep to find out more exact details.
