Auto Acknowledgement - Object (ID)

Hello,    

Customers receive an Auto Acknowledgement when they send an email to the Interaction Center. However, this Acknowledgment do not have any tracking number or reference ID. Therefor, am wondering if it is possible to have Object (ID) as a attribute in the Auto Acknowledgement mail form.

When talking about Object (ID), i mean this one:

Hi Bendik

Last time I configured this the Object ID available was I believe a Service Ticket reference.

This need to be added to the form which the Auto Acknowledgement returns.

Hello Arden and thanks for replying,

I know that Service Request/Ticket tracking text can be used as a reference. This works if the system automatically creates a Request when customers sends an E-mail. However, customers

email address need to be linked to a BP in order for this to happen.
