COPY AND PASTE

Hello Experts,

I work in a mobile devices retailing company. I'm the the SAP Business One Administrator in my company. We have our server located in a remote replace and we login through RDP.

Recently, I realized when I login with my CAL, I cannot copy from Excel and paste on sap. For example, I wanted to confirm the status of some IMEI numbers from an excel file using Serial Number Transaction Details. When I copy from Excel and i go to SAP and right click and choose paste, it doesn't even respond. Also when I try to copy from SAP to Excel, it doesn't respond. I don't know if it has to do with CAL, because when I use another CAL to login to the server, I could do the copy and paste. Maybe somebody who is well versed in Windows Server 2012 R2 can be of help.

Thanks very much for your help.

Regards.

'Labi.

Thanks very much indeed Balaji and Frank. Problem solved. I followed this steps I found online.

  1. Launch the Task Manager on the server
  2. Click on Users
  3. Select your username
  4. Right click and choose expand
  5. Choose RDP Clipboard Monitor
  6. Right Click and End task
  7. Go to File on the top left hand corner
  8. Run new task
  9. Type rdpclip.exe
  10. Tada! Problem Solved!

Thanks y'all for your contributions.
