It's been very pleasure recieving immediate reply for my doubts in SAP B1. Actually I need to record the customers complaints/ rejection in SAP B1, what is the process for make it. What document I need to use for making it. Complaints are regrading products, quality etc. As per my client requirement I need to capture these details in separate window. So, that they can view and analyse how many complaints came in certain period of time.
