Prevent further adding of suppliers when RFx has been opened

I have a requirement where further adding of suppliers should be prevented once the RFx has been opened for responses.

Is this something that can not be done using standard SAP Sourcing / CLM 10.0 functionality?

Hi Michael,

I don't think it's standard but it's been a while since I worked with SAP Sourcing and I haven't seen 10 yet.

I think you would have to have a custom script to lock/ downgrade to view the vendor collection on Phase Change to Open for Response.

I checked with the Page Customizations and Dimension on Parent being CURRENT_PHASE, but this does not remove the Add button on the Suppliers Collection. So I suppose script it is.
