KANK Group icon not appearing

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am facing problem in controlling number range, In tcode KANK - Display Groups and Maintain Groups icons not appearing

Pls help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Sorry for delay reply.

I solved this issue with the help of ABAP person.

Use t.code SE11 and Database table - TKA01 - Display.

Clik - Contents

Provide - Controlling Area and Run - Select All  - Display

/h - Debugging Switched on - Enter - (ABAP Debugger Screen)

Execute (F6)

Double Clik - "Code= 'SHOW' ".

In Variable 1 - Clik Edit Button - Enter "EDIT".

and Continue (F8).

and Enter Number Range (INUMKR)  which has been entered in KANK Intervals and Save.

Check as per below screenshot, if there also these are disabled then this is some authorisation issue. contact your basis person.
