Multiple uploads for Knowledge Management (KM) is not working in K8P/K8A (Production/Acceptance)

Hi Experts,

Need your help. Currently we are facing issue in KM multiple uploads.We have Multiple upload option in K8D which is development environment but we are not seeing that option in Production Environment. Please find the screenshots as below ::

We tried to check the settings in K8D and K8P everything is similar. There is no difference so we need experts advise on this issue what we need to do to make multiple uploads available in KM. Since this is a standard functionality but it is only availble in our Development tool.

Hi Harsh,

Check the Layoutset associated with this iview. it seems like the command 'multiple_upload' is missing in the command group associated with the collection renderer of the layoutset used.

Also check if there is any inconsistencies in the particular layoutset. May be a transport issue.

Hi Harsh,

Can you go to the Collection Renderer associated with the Layout Set for the iView. In the Collection Renderer, you would have a Command Set/Command Group. You will find commands there. Regarding the difference in behaviour in different environments, you might need to compare the layout sets in both environments. Check the below thread: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3353577
