Inactive Users not visible in the User Risk Analysis

Hi All,

I faced an issue for same users when I run Access Risk Analysis (User Level). It doesn't show any result.

I checked GRACUSERCONN Table and for that users the "Boulean Variable" Column (Inactive) is flagged with "X".

I checked in the Target ECC System but they are active, not expired and not locked.

What means "Inactive"? Why this column is filled with "X"?

Since GRACUSERCONN contains entry for all the plug-ins, could you verify, the system for which you are doing RA.

you can also try running through back-end report GRAC_BATCH_RISK_ANALYSIS

you can include/exclude inactive users from risk analysis:

Same can be configured with parameter 1028/1029.
