In purchase quotation what is the use of group no fr both primary and manual and what is the dIfferent

Hi Srinandha...

"Purchase Quotation group No" field is considered with a different purpose than the "document numbering" field. The purpose is to group the purchase quotation number. E.g., you have 5 purchase quotations, where all PQs are from the same requestor to the same vendor. Then you can select group no. 1.

Primary no is the autonumbering It will increase your document numbering automatically

Manual numbering cannot be automated you manually keying the number in document
