Hello,

Anyone worked with Message Tracking? I have made some UDF that writes to the message tracking database, and I can see that the records get stored there. However, they do not appear in message tracking front-end...why?!

Hi Stefan,

do you want to create an entry just with the UDF or do you want to create some information in the UDF that should be merged with some information that was created automatically in the Channel ?

A possible problem is, that the data is not complete and des not fit the search criteria.

(e.g. I assume that if there is no timestamp... than the entries will not show in the frontend, as the timestamp is usually a "mandatory criteria" in the search)
