Hi I need to know if there is a Role or Permision that gives me full access to the CRM Interaction Center and see what I have there.

This is because I am taking charge of the CRM Interaction Center but the access they gave me are the basics.

Hi Juan,

Actually I am not so clear with your questions. Do you mean you have not enough authorizations
to run some transactions on IC WebUI. Or you want to manage the IC agents.

Actually, business role IC_MANAGER is used for IC manager to manage his IC agents.
You can runt-code: su3, and set the value of user parameter CRM_UI_PROFILE as * or IC_MANAGER then logon IC WebUI.

Hi Juan,

Get the business role IC_AGENT assigned to your user profile in SU01. This role will give all the standard functionalities of an interaction center. If the requirement is an industry specific one, for example utilities interaction center, you can go for business role UTIL_IC.

Please check role 'SAP_CRM_UIU_IC_AGENT' and documentation, you may copy and customize as per your need.
