SAP SD Commodity Pricing - Linking Price For Every Material

Hi,

I am new to Commodity Pricing and currently i am planning to use it for my current client.

As per what i am discovering until now i couldn't find a way to link quotation to material except through the Formula Key.

So is that true ? this means that i will create a Formula Key determined on every material, and link every Formula Key to different Quotation Name & Type etc.
