Mulitple counter plan with multiple maintenance items?

Dear all,

I have 25 similar equipment that follows same maintenance packages. They are performance based packages.

eg: 250 hours, 500 hours, 1000 hours or annually.

Using IP11Z and IP43 if I create a single plan, Can I add all the 25 numbers in the same plan, and will the maintenance items be called independently with respect to each counter reading.

Note: Each equipment has different annual estimate and different counter entry.

HI Miaad,

I've tried the scenario but unable to assign more than one measuring point in maintenance plan header.

At header level we are assigning measuring point to each cycle set. In tour case you are having 25 different measuring points.

There is a concept called Cycle Set Sequence

Cycle Set Sequence in Multiple Counter Plan - Maintenance Planning - SAP Library

Here you can maintain multiple counter in one maintenance plan.

For Example

Equipment 1 needs 250 hrs of maintenance or 3 months

Equipment 2 needs 500 hrs of maintenance or 4 months.

You need to maintain the cycle sequence to maintenance item. Explore this in your system and see how it works.

I hope you are referring to the usage of different parameters with "OR" or "AND" operation, right ?

which was not my question related to.

Suppose if I have

20 forklifts with 20 independent counters, and they have maintenance intervals as below:

250 hours or monthly

500 hours or 3 monthly

1000 hours or yearly

So in total I should create 20*3 = 60 maintenance plans, right ?

Good question. Things will be ascertained only after testing. You may try with 2 or 3 items in Dev server.
