Error while doing product catalog replication.

Hi ALL ,

While replicating Product Catalog im getting following error..

Error in FTP link to publishing target: 1

Message no. COM_PCAT_IMS870

Diagnosis: No link to the FTP server could be established.

System Response: No connection could be made with the FTP server selected by the publishing computer ID. The replication process is stopped, since the requested transport of documents cannot be executed.

I have checked FTP Rfc connection and trex connectivity. Everything is fine

Can anyone help on this issue.

Hello Kumar,

We also had the same issue during catalog publication and got error as FTP connection had some issue. We Use below report program to validation FTP server and Basis corrected FTP server details. you can check below report with the help of Basis team.

Execute Program: RSFTP002 and enter FTP Userid, PWD, Apache host and below commands,

Command1 :  cd /apache/htdocs

Command 2: ls -a

and FTP RFC destination
