SAP BEx Issue

Hi,

I have 2 keyfigures (kf1 and kf2) and 1 characteristic(c1).

For Characteristic c1 I am having the values like family(512, 513, 517, 518) and subfamily( abc, def, ghj ).

For kf1 i want to display only 512, 513, 517, 518 and for kf2 i want to display only abc def ghj.

I tried with restricted keyfigures but its giving blank rows as below.

I want to hide the blank rows.

Could you please suggest how can i achieve this?

Hello,

This could be done in query properties - tabsheet Rows/Columns - Suppress Zeros - Active (All values = 0) & Effect on Rows.

I tried suppressing zeroes.

After that only i got the output like above.

Hello,

there is also a switch on key figures structure - tab sheet Display - Structure as Group - if unchecked it should hide rows.
